One unit in a multi business building, with a shared parking lot. The interior room is L-shaped, with the brewing equipment visible at the end of one leg. Short bar with the ordering station at one end. Other varied seating at tables, with a couple of lounge areas with cushioned chairs. Ceiling is open showing the beams but medium overall height. Concrete floor. Windows on three sides, including one in the events/party room. Pastel blue painted walls with some wood panel accents. About twenty taps for beer and seltzer, with a decent choice of styles. Cooler has cans to go. Friendly and responsive staff. On site kitchen offers a full menu of tavern food. TVs in the bar area showing sports. Well modulated crowd noise, with a curated sound system adding to the ambiance. Neighborhood gathering spot.

South of 494 and off of Flying Cloud Drive it’s hard to find even when you have the address . A small patio out front and a larger one to the outside back right . Inside has a large seating area to the right and a smaller one to the left with a 15 seat bar. The brewery is visible and they have a nice kitchen on premise. Crowlers and swag for sale , flight and pints available about a dozen or more beers on tap we sat at the bar and had a flight , beer was tasty nothing over the top , there were lots of kids (if that bothers you) with parents letting them run loose . Defiantly a suburb vibe taproom. Would visit again if in the area, close to Hwy 494.

A brewery that had some controversy before they even opened but I will disregard that and judge them as clear minded as possible. Eden Prairie has no shortage of shitty locations and poor access, and Fat Pants chose to locate themselves in one such locale. One failed restaurant after another have occupied this space. In my over 20 years of working in this city, I have been in this building 3 times. That should tell you something.
The new occupants seem to have kept the layout of the previous users with the bar and large room to one side and the larger dining/lounge area to the other. Restrooms near the entrance. The kitchen is in the same location behind the bar out of sight. I was surprised by the large brewhouse located at the rear of the larger room. Seem to have ambitious brewing plans.
Only have had one beer and was steered heavily by the beertender towards the IPAs. Hard to judge a brewery's abilities on one IPA but I thought it was good. I will amend this if I visit more and have different beer.
Stopped in for lunch and it seems not many people in the area realize they serve food or are open for lunch. Nice menu with a wide variety of food including pizza. I had a cheeseburger and tater tots which arrived within 10 minutes. The burger was not seasoned at all (come on and salt the thing at least) but was not a Sysco burger either. It was cooked to pink and was juicy. No seasoning added to the tots either. So find the salt if you eat here. The most objectionable part of the deal was paying $2 for a 12oz can of Diet Coke. The burger and tots were $12 and I could not finish all the tots. Service has been excellent on both visits. I will have to send my work crew here to test the kitchen and get more feedback.
Edit: Got a pizza to go during the Covid crisis. Was not a fan. Did not like their sauce.
