On tap at the brewery -- not bad, but maybe a little less solid than what I'd hope for from a middle of the road wc ipa. Fairly solid caramel and bready malt backbone, the hops are fairly one-note -- floral and a little citrusy sweet. It starts off pretty nice, but the harmony in the middle to the finish isn't quite there. The carbonation is in the middle, about right, and the body is not too heavy and not too light. Moderate bitterness, but not all that dry at the end. In past visits, I'd been pleasantly surprised by the beers at this place, but this trip, it regressed to what I had expected.

On Tap at the brewery . Pours a mostly clear golden color with nice lacing. Smell is fruity with baked bread . Taste has fruity notes of citrus and berries . Mouth sweet has some malts to offset .

A Centennial hop IPA. It is an acceptable IPA. Lacking any malt influence besides a bit of sweetness. This is no Bell's Two-Hearted or Founder's Centennial. But at a brewery with few options, this is acceptable.
