Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a snifter (10oz).
Clear, deep gold colored body. Thin white head but this maintains as a thin cap and high ring. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma of faint citrus and pine.
Taste is sweet citrus flesh, citrus pith, and pine resin. Bitterness level is high but tempered by the sweetness. Aftertaste fades with some malt base.
Medium mouthfeel. Some tongue numbing. Very good carbonation.
Modern take on the West Coast IPA style. Shows bitterness but limited.
