Crisp, dry, and refreshing with a malty cracker finish. Well-balanced with subtle floral, earthy, and spice notes. Clear pale straw color with a tight white head.

On tap at the brewery. Poured into a shaker pint. Look was a slightly cloudy yellow with a lingering 1 finger white head. Aroma was mild biscuit / bread and taste was fresh and crisp.
Overall, not a bad beer.
