A blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old wild ale batches naturally fermented in ex-chardonnay barrels and conditioned on fresh blackberries with two key ingredients: trust and patience. Bright and fruity with fresh berry bursting forward. Subtle notes of tart lemon, farmhouse funk, and wild yeast esters add complexity. Hints of earthy oak and a mild floral undertone. Light and effervescent with a crisp, dry finish.
