A classic Belgian style witbier brewed with orange peel and coriander. The expressive Belgian yeast was allowed to ferment under stressful conditions, lending notes of banana and a hint of bubblegum to compliment the gentle wheat tang, mellow spice, and subtle finish of fresh oranges. Crisp and light bodied with a gentle haze. In three words or less: Banana, orange, coriander.
