Handsome clear copper color with long-lasting foam in the New Belgium snifter. This is tangy and tart but not sour-tasting. This approaches the taste of Rodenbach with the fruity flavor, some residual sweetness, and rich flavors. It's a little coarse, and feels like it's taking a little enamel off the teeth, but a rewarding sip. Terramar is doing good things, and if they'd brew this with a few buckets of cherries I'd be really happy. From the 500 ml bottle purchased at Skagit Valley Coop.
