This Double Black Ale is cold fermented, delivering a robust, well-attenuated brew. It blends two distinct beer styles, creating a unique and complex flavor profile.

Flavor: A red wine blend with notes of currants, pipe tobacco, and Peruvian coffee with citrus undertones. It opens with toasted bread and confectionary sweetness, finishing dry and attenuated. Aromas of Palisade peaches, Meyer lemon, Cara Cara orange, anisette, and patchouli.

Many thx to muchloveforhops3 for this can!

A - Pitch black pour with dense caramel, creamy lacing that clings to the glass like cotton candy. The foam is incredibly sticky on the sides of the glass.

S - Light chocolate roast malt aroma with some earthy piney citrus.

T - Light roast gets quickly beaten down with complimentary hits of pineapple, subtle tropical fruit and pine resin, berry, and some underlying apricot and some light spiciness.

M - Medium body with a silky texture and light prickly carbonation on the tongue.

O - This is a pretty fantastic Black IPA with the perfect complement of underlying spicy fruitiness. Recommended.
