We're Kickin' It Back to the old school with this West Coast style IPA. Dry hopped with Azacca, Centennial and Summit. Big notes of pine and dank with subtle notes of peach and mango stone fruits.

Actually sitting in the Bru Daddy brewpub in Allentown, PA.. pours a amber brown, and the initial smell is hoppy..it's a West Coast IPA, with a sweet bite, and dry finish
.had just had their Grand Daddy Haze, but this one has its own mellowed pop.

On tap.
A - Medium gold pour with light carbonation and thin lacing.
S - Light citrus and melon on the nose.
T - Citrus, light herbal, and some pine mixed in with light residual citrus. There's a little bit of cloying sweetness on the aftertaste.
M - Mouthfeel is on the thin side.
O -Glad to have tried, one time is enough.

With the contents of a pint can completely emptied into a clear glass liter mug, a lovely copper-amber liquid is observed. It's bright and relatively translucent. The very modest, even at room temperature, just-off-white head, is barely noticed, above. The aroma is hoppy, maybe in a piney way, but it's faint and there's not much more. The taste is hoppy, almost in a piney/resinous way, but until a nice bite through the finish, it's rather modest. The finish does rescue this. There's just enough malt to provide a reasonable body and add some earthiness and needed complex sweetness to the taste. Overall, it eventually provides a West Coast IPA bite, delivered in a good malt backing. It may seem a little light across the tongue, but that makes it even more drinkable. Much like the 7.5% ABV, there's very little glass lacing to notice. Auxiliary characteristics aside, this becomes a very commendable WCIPA.
