Cracking open the pint can, it's obviously highly carbonated, probably to a fault. The massive stark white foam produced by trying to empty the contents into a clear glass liter mug caused the effort to be paused. For emphasis, the contents of a sixteen ounce can couldn't fit into a liter sized vessel in one careful pour. The ugly mess took its time receding, leaving sparse and erratic lacing. Beneath the abomination rests a liquid that's dull, opaque and apricot-amber in color. Its aroma is of that now too familiar character of muddled grains that aren't barley, softening some citrusy hops. No rebound from the appearance there. To taste, it's OK, with an enjoyable layer of starchy sweetness and a modest hop bite with citrus notes. The mouthfeel runs only slightly thin, but thankfully not too effervescent. Overall, it's not a bad as it looked, or smelled like it would.
