Light & easy drinking, our blonde ale features a hop surprise! Using Mandarina, Bavaria & Lemondrop hops gives it a subtle citrus fruit burst. Munich & Vienna malts provide a depth of flavor typically not found in other lighter beer styles.

A: Pours a crystal clear pale to medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate bright yellow + amber colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready + biscuit + cereal grain + lightly toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of citrus/lemon + herbal + grassy hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready + biscuit + cereal grain + lightly toasted + caramel malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of citrus/lemon + herbal + grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly smooth-ish mouthfeel. Enjoyable and paired really nicely with a custom designed pizza (garlic + olive oil, mushrooms, chicken sausage, banana peppers, spinach, and homemade ranch).
