Our Kölsch was fermented warm and stored cold, just like itś always been done in Cologne, Germany. Light bodied and crisp, we mixed things up by utilizing American hops. Cashmere hops feature in the flavor and aroma, thanks to whirlpool and dry hop additions. The fruity notes of these hops play nicely with the classic stone fruit finish from the characteristic fermentation of the German ale yeast strain.
