Has a well developed carbonation level, which makes this very refreshing and easy drinking throughout.

Tastes of crackers among subtle honey, hay and a pleasant, rustic maltiness, which gets topped off by a lighter caramel peak. Adds a pleasant flavor of overcooked peas among vibrant, dough softened toffee and a refreshing mineralic stone quality. Finishes a little more focused on the hops, with a clean, strawy aftertaste, enriched by a down-to-earth sweetness.

This is pretty convincing not only for its message, but also for its actual taste. A fuller bodied Helles, with a great balance to it and an intriguing simplicity.
