Poured crisp and clear, until I swirled the sediment from the bottom. Once that hit, the bier tuned a murky gold. Short head faded quickly. A mellow fruity taste, not as sharp as the norm for a german Hefe. Slightly oily feel on the tongue, with a nice banana aftertaste. It's a hefe through and through...right in the middle of the pack.
