This is a gorgeous very light color brassy clear pilsner beer. with a very big taste. This is a type 3B beer It's a premium at 5.3% ABV But I've never seen anything so clear and so bright...
I'm thinking this is well executed as I'm learning about this style.
Smell: 4.0 l 5.0
sweet malt and saaz hops ... It smells like late spring. A fairy told me that the malt is czech grown pilsner malt and the hops are czech saaz hops .. yeah nice!
Taste: 4.5 l 5.0
Malty clean and a high note of something a little sweet think white grape.... There's a big taste here, sweet malt... But not toasted malt... Not grainy malts... just sweet barley malt goodness happening here. I'm liking this a lot.
Overall:4.25 l 5.00
For such a light colored beer It's beautiful, brassy, clean crisp, sweet, not heavy.. perfectly in balance and happy. Saaz hops... and czech malt very nice
Mouthfeel: 4.25 l 5.00
Sharp, crisp, big taste with a lightness in body. Unique. Turns the corners of your mouth upwards with a hint of sweetness.
