Golden Saison with all-NJ pilsner and Munich malts, plus malted wheat and oats, brewed with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Perle and Saaz hops in the kettle.
We added freshly-picked wet Chinook hops, grown by our friends at Snufftown Hop Farm in Warwick, N.Y., to the whirlpool, and then open-fermented HARVEST in our coolship with saison yeast from the Belgian countryside.
Just as fermentation was ending, we sent HARVEST into a puncheon to finish its journey, and then conditioned it in the bottle.
