Sacre Bru Saison is a traditional Belgian style farmhouse ale. The sacred yeast has evolutionary roots as a red wine yeast and over many decades and even centuries has mutated to a very efficient and delicious beer fermenter. Sacre Bru Saison will become one of our 3 core brews. Our unique yeast was cultivated by our brewmaster from a legendary source brewery while on a research trip to belgium. The yeast he sourced many years ago mutated in a positive manner since its initial source brewery in Belgium. It is a super fast and flavorful yeast that thrives at high fermentation temperatures. Tropical fruit with a slight tangy wild character dominate but has a clean malt backbone and a dry finish.
