Our Kolsch base conditioned on some watermelon purée. Very refreshing , perfect for a spring/summer day.

(16 oz can, recent canning... gifted a can from a cold 4-pack... shared between two rocks glasses)
Not so much a Kolsch but perhaps a sort of shandy between watermelon juice and the base beer... pink in hue, but not quite as rich and deep as shaded on the can... rather refreshing; mostly watermelon essence, with little of the Kolsch base apparent... definitely easy drinking and probably enjoyable with some light fare or salads (1886)
