Glou Glou: Can Franc is the second in our Glou Glou series. This version of Glou Glou is a barrel aged brett saison that was then aged on Trail Estate Cab Franc for 4.5 months. The resulting ruby coloured liquid is funky field berry bouquet on the nose.
On the palate blueberry dominates followed by blackberry, subtle black cherry and a light herbal note. Moderate carbonation, dry, low acidity, medium bodied and some tannins make this beer easy drinking. Enjoy at 7°C for a refreshing summer sipper or decant at 18°C for a more authentic Cab Franc experience.
