Snowbird 2020 is a blend of Brett-forward, coolshipped beers that was conditioned on a large amount of Vietnamese Dragonfruit and Ecuadorian Passionfruit, and then naturally bottle conditioned. A portion of the beer was further conditioned on Mexican vanilla bean and toasted coconut.

Price: $14.03 at Liquor Outlet Wine Cellars in Boonton, NJ
Appearance: 4 - attractive pinkish orange. No head at all.
Nose: 4 - pleasant passion fruit on the nose. I don't think dragon fruit smells like anything.
Taste: 4 - incredibly funky. Extremely sour. Coconut notes on the back end. Very odd.
Mouth: 5 - so sour and bubbly that it turns into a gas on mouth contact.
Overall: 4 - nothing mind blowing, but very interesting. As sour as it gets.
