Poured into a teku
Reddish hue, a touch murky. No head or retention. Significant acidity. Some floral notes buoyed by balsamic with sugary blueberry sweetness over top. Vanilla and coconut levels are perfect; both shine through.
The showcase here really are the adjuncts. The blueberry, vanilla, and coconut all play very well together and in perfect balance, working hard to cut through the acidity.
