Sturdy malt background balances this All-Centennial-hopped IPA. It is as refined and delicious as the man himself.

thanks to Anothony for giving me a can to try!
L: tall & frothy ivory head caps a slightly hazed amber body
S: earthy pine, zesty citrus, caramelized grain
T: old school IPA with a west coast flare here; bold caramel malt backbone, pungent earthy pine, grapefruit & orange zest, a bit of mango, and some nutty grain
M: fuller body, moderate carbonation, dry and bitter finish
O: this was enjoyable from a brewery I have never tried before
