Can fresh from the brewery, racked 8 days ago...pours a hazed bright gold with a puffy 2 finger white cap.....spicey, herbal nose to it, boiled grains undertone.....sharp spicey character, bright and effervescent, soft palate, well attenuated...flavor profile has malts and spicey hopping, fruity esters in balance then it goes very dry and lightly bitter in the finish......ver good rendition of a Farmhouse ale, If I closed my eyes I'd think I was sipping on a bottle conditioned Dupont
