Collaboration with True Anomaly Brewing Company. A farmhouse ale with traditional saison characteristics. Aromas of orange peel and corriander make way to lightly toasted, fluffy biscuit notes and a seriously dry peppercorn finnish. Aged 6 months in American oak foeders, the wood imparts delicate himts of pear, white grape and sandalwood.
