A: The beer is a bit hazy yellow in color and has lots of fine particulates in suspension along with a light to moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a large patch of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edges and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of orange citrus, mango and pine are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and is bursting with citrusy, tropical, and piney hop flavors - the pine lingers into the finish. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and rather crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the aroma and flavors of the Mosaic hops in this beer. It has what you would expect from an IPA or a DIPA with the drinkability of an APA.

Clear, pale yellow body; fine-bubble carbonation; thick yet soapy white head; sticky, bubbly patches of foam adhere to the glass. Mildly dank hop aroma; herbal; a bit of citrus. Very mild ester-y sweetness; very prominent hop bitterness, nearly tongue ripping; very clean overall. Light body; crisp and sharp on the tongue; semi-dry.

I almost want to say this one is one-dimensional with its taste, but the more I sip at it, the more I dig the incredibly bold hop bitterness presence. The looks are great although the head seems a bit overly bubbly, like bubble bath suds (but they may be the result of the shipping - I just got it a few hours ago. Yes, I could nit-pick a lot of things, but the beer just tastes fine, and the mouthfeel is superior to many pale ales. Glad I have another one to try shortly. I believe it will be just as good (if not better).
