Taster at brewery. Pale golden pour with small frothy white head. Grainy, bready, aroma, while taste offers little to no hop profile. Generic, grainy, bland.

not youre average throwaway blonde here, this is full of character and also very clean, light to drink but not annoyingly so, and not refined down to nothing either, a rich honey color to it, a tone deeper than many, with a tall and lasting white head, and just a little less than perfect clarity, very active looking. the nose shows a little sweetness up front, a crackery clean grain profile, and a fast and drying and seemingly fully neutral ferment, very little from the hops, but a splash of citrus there to me too. the flavor is properly grain forward for the style, starting a tad sweet but ending dry, hints of cream corn, orange blossom honey, and even apple juice in here, but none of these are flaws or products of stressed fermentation, rather little nuances that all work really well in here. great carbonation here too. impressive pint for a style that usually doesnt do much for me, minimal in some ways but not at all boring, i could have sat here and drank these all day long! this place really has got the beer dialed in right now, a must visit every time i am in town.
