April 2015: Shared 250 ml bottle at local tasting, thanks to Henning. Deep golden to orange colour, white head. Sweetish aroma, hints of apples, apple blossoms and honey, some dust too. Flavour of sweet wort, not very good.

Tight white foam on pale gold (4) liquid; Excellent clarity; decent cap retention; spotty lace. Baked corn bread nose. Sweet and corny; corn bread and honey; tastes like a very weak mead. Ample carbonation; lite and watery, yet buttery mouthfeel. Semi sweet DMS finish.
