Similar to Gil’s Pils, our Bavarian Pilsner, but with a more aggressive hop schedule and kegged fresh after just two weeks of lagering. Extensive mash schedule and a single decoction means a super dry, naturally carbonated lager full of that fresh, doughy malt goodness and grassy, earthy Mittelfrüh hop character we crave this time of year.

Wow, feeling like this is the golden age of Lua right now. Bought everything non-sour that they had for “to-go” and they have all been exceptional.
This is nicely dry, and hoppy, but restrained as a German is supposed to be with just enough malt to fill up the mouthfeel. Pillowy white head and clear light gold color. Wish I’d grabbed a four pack of this one!

Bottle pour. Golden straw color. White head.
Reminds me of 30th anniversary summit keller pils. Bready, biscuity, toasted crackers. Grassy, earthy, zesty. Crisp, clean. Awesome.
