Light American Lager, brewed with rice.
CROW WING was brewed with premium American barley, raw rice, and our house lager yeast. We gelatinized and cereal cooked the rice on our brewhouse before running the remaining grist through a simple stepped mash regimen. Boiled with a whisper of northwest American hops, then filtered below freezing for maximum, crushing clarity. This beer is truly light, and incredibly crushable.

Aroma is grainy/mildly sweet malts/bread and a hint of spicy hops. The flavor is fruit, malts/grains/bread and a crisp/mildly bitter/citrus hop finish.

Pours a clear, straw-gold body capped with multiple fingers of taut, sudsy, eggshell-white foam; good head retention leaves a few chunky islands of cap, modest, frothy collar, and haphazard spattering of soapy, webby lacing tossed about the walls of the glass.
Aromas of fresh grain trend to hints of cereal oats and straw accents, with a distant lemondrop undertone guiding the back end of the bouquet as floral essence lingers.
Taste shows grassiness upfront and a burgeoning florality following, with steady undertones of corn husk meeting touches of cereal grain through the mid-palate as a wispy lemon influence progresses onward.
Mouthfeel presents a light body and a moderate-full carbonation, leaving a spritzy prickle throughout, into flaky textures persisting past the mid-palate to a dry, snappy finish.
A basic, quaffable profile refined with an unobtrusive floral depth and pillowy sweetness; an understated yet enhanced take on the style.
