I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: medium golden hue with a clear body and minimal head. Color is right!
Smell: slightly sweet malt aroma with a dash of earthy hoppiness. Not bad at all for the style.
Taste: somewhat sweet with a bit of an adjunct sourness to it. Bitterness is a little bit high, which I actually kind of like. This is a reasonably solid craft light lager.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and a surprisingly decent creaminess.
Overall: for the style, this is damn good. The bartender tells me this is the Coors Light recipe, but better. I’m into it.
