Tap pour at the restaurant/bar. Served chilled in a tapered pint glass.
Clear, deep gold colored body. White head persists. Leaves behind lacing webs.
Aroma of citrus and pine.
Taste is pine, grapefruit, woody, and earthy. Higher bitterness level. Slight sweet fruit note. Toasted malt base. Extended aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Has a real bite. Very good carbonation.
As advertised for the bitter bite.
