"Belonging to the saison family of beers, this grisette was brewed with barley and a generous amount of oats. Otis is dry with citrus characteristics. Fermented with our blended house yeast culture yields a complex, and approachable beer. Notes of lemon zest, hay, mild oak."

Clear pale yellow with a decent even head. Spritzy citrus nose, very fresh. Light, dry body, mouthfeel is crisp, fresh and effervescent. Enjoyable light fare.

Can: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and light lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some light rustic malt notes. Taste is a mix of light tart notes with some rustic malt and light funky notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Easy drinking saison with right amount of complexity.
