A: Pours a very lightly hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and moderate amber + caramel colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of thin film covering just shy of 50% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of bready malts with moderate amounts of corn adjuncts and a just shy of moderate amount of corn sweetness. Just a touch of aromas of honey and a light aroma of grassy hops.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of bready malts with moderate amounts of corn adjuncts and a just shy of moderate amount of corn adjunct + grainy sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of honey. Finally there is a light flavor of grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Slightly lighter than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp with a hint of creaminess towards the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and refreshing. I could easily have a few of these on a warm afternoon like we had here today in NC (low 70s in early February). Very enjoyable.

Appearance: Pours a gently hazed, pale gold body with a wispy, foamy, white head.
Smell: A very encouraging scent of fresh honey blended into cracked corn with an underscore of breadiness.
Taste: Lightly bready as well as a nibble of cornbread given a thin brushing of honey for a touch of sweetness. Scant fruitiness midway. Minimally hop character, bitterness. Pleasant acidity. Slight infusion of Frito. Lovely zip of crispness on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation, though it has a good bit of levity.
Overall: A very likable, very drinkable beer.
