Enjoyable pale ale. Poured from a 16 oz. can into a flute, this beer featured a light, gold color that was clear at first pour, then more hazy, and a medium sized frothy white head. Spotty lacing formed on the glass. Aroma and taste included some biscuity malt, a touch of lemon, and some yeast. There was a bit of grassy hops in the finish. Mouthfeel was light and crisp, with a touch of bitterness. I had it with some Greek food, but it would work equally as well as a session beer or a summer thirst quencher. Nicely done!!!

It’s really rather bland. It’s got a bit of a wet cardboard taste to it. Someone asked me how it was when I was drinking it and I said “not awful but not good.” Basically summed it up.

Tap at Dssolvr AVL. Crystal clear and golden yellow in appearance with a small, fluffy white head. It left sheets of lace. Aromas of caramel malt, bread crust and floral notes. It tasted sweet with caramel malt and had a perfect bitter bite.

Picked up a four-pack from the Whole Foods cooler on Hendersonville Highway 1-7-25 for $10. No canning date; consumed can #1 for review 2-15-25.
Beer poured gold with a nice white head that has some hang time.
Nose is biscuity with a touch of light fruits.
Taste is a light biscuity malt base that interacts nicely with lemongrass hopping. Getting a touch of green apple in the finish, which is nicely balanced, a touch sweet per style guidelines.
Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and pretty refreshing.
Overall, a solid Kolsch, good when one is in the mood for a lighter brew!

Pours a light to medium golden amber with a fine, one finger white head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of grainy malt, citrus and grassy hops, lemon, grapefruit, hay and biscuit. Flavor is grainy biscuit malt, citrus and grassy hops, lemon, strawberry and green melon; mellow lemony grain finish. Medium bodied with light to moderate creaminess. A classic kölsch malt body, but with more citrus than a continental one. I like the lemon and light fruit notes in this, it has a winning hop combination. Light and refreshing like this style should be.

Look: It pours straw with a slight bit of clouding. It has a white pillow head with very good head retention.
Smell: It has a citrus and lemon nose up front with a touch of spice.
Taste: It has lemon flavors with a touch of spice. There is a low level of grainy sweetness towards the finish.
Feel: It has a medium light body with semi dry aftertaste.
Overall, it's an interesting beer with strong citrus and lemon elments and lower malts than are found in most Kolsch ales.

Cloudy yellow, almost straw color. Head was super white. Lots of carbonation. Nose fruity, maybe pear. Taste is malty yet peppery. Very much s dry finish.

Served in a Shaker pint at Rosetta’s Kitchen in Asheville, NC.
A: Slightly hazy pale yellow with nice cap of foam with decent retention and scraps of lacing as I slowly consumed.
S: Spiced apple-pear note upfront that fades to mostly pils malt sweetness and some slightly dank and definitely herbal hoppiness
T: Flavor is solid and most characterful in the first few sips with some apple-pear notes from esters fading to mostly nondescript pils pale maltiness and light herbal, honeysuckle hops. Low but obvious esters, low bitterness.
M: Pretty crisp and easy to drink.
O: A good beer to enjoy with dinner with new friends — thanks Tracy and Thomas (and Aiden)!

Thank You for Existing is a lightly hazed pale straw color with modest effervescence and about two fingers of near-white head.
It has crisp aroma with a hint of sulfur and some light fruitiness behind.
Some pear or apple sweetness hits first in the taste and does linger through the aftertaste, but it’s relatively refined and balanced against by some light bitterness, again with a hint of sulfur. There’s maybe a little hay and mineral water in the mix as well.
A touch more heft to the feel than I expect from the style with very tight carbonation.
Not bad! I definitely hits the right notes, although maybe slightly more bitter and more gassy than I’d prefer to session with.

Poured from an undated 16 oz. can: hazy, yellow hue with a quickly receding white head with no lacing - not what I expected for the style.
The aroma was noticeably fruity like an American pale ale.
The flavor is, in fact, quite American with an almost dank-like feel with tropical fruit dominating. The mouthfeel while soft on the palate remains quite refreshing and quaffable. While I still prefer the German brewed versions, this one is quite good.
