A: Pours an extremely milky murky pale bright yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate lemon yellow + bright yellow + pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Just shy of moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/orange, citrus/lime, tropical/pineapple, and tropical/mango hops along with moderate aromas of citrus/orange rind, citrus/lime peel, and coconut as well as hints of nutmeg. Light aromas of biscuit + oat malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + oat malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of citrus/orange rind, citrus/lime peel, and coconut as well as hints of nutmeg. Finally there are moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/orange, citrus/lime, tropical/pineapple, and tropical/mango hops which contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades away pretty quickly leaving lingering citrus + citrus rind + tropical flavors.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a moderate amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very nice soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable and not nearly as overly sweet as some of the other milkshake IPAs available out there. I like the fruit additions (especially the citrus rind) as well as the nutmeg that seem to balance out some of the lactose sweetness. First beer I've tried from this brewery but looking forward to trying a few others.
