A: Pours a very hazy medium golden apricot in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate burnt orange + dark golden yellow + bright yellow + orange colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a small patch of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Slightly heavier than moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/lime + citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/lime zest + tropical/pineapple hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + grainy + oat malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness. Hints of toasted almonds.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + grainy + oat malts with moderate amounts of lactose sweetness. That is followed by very light flavors of toasted almonds. Finally there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of citrus/grapefruit + citrus/lime + citrus/grapefruit zest + citrus/lime zest + tropical/pineapple hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving light to moderate lingering citrus zest + tropical hops flavors.

M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasant lightly soft/fluffy mouthfeel (though not as soft/fluffy as some other NEIPAs). Enjoyable combination of hops flavors and aromas as well as the additions making it reminiscent of tiki flavors + aromas. A little too sweet and not sure that I could have another one of these but glad to have tried it and I could go for one some other time.
