Draft at Dssolvr in Asheville. Poured a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, white head of fizzy foam. It left some lacing on the glass. Aroma was cereal, caramel and grassy. Sweet caramel taste with toasted bread and a very mild bite.

Pours a pale golden color with the light chill haze to it a nice fluffy almost two finger white head that falls slowly. Leaves some nice lacing behind on my glass.

Aroma is grainy malts with some light biscuit sweetness, some nice grassy hops with the slightest clove like spiciness.

Taste is crisp but nice a nice bread malt base that substantial enough. the only grain notes show up in the finish along with some nice grassy hops that are lightly spicy also. Nice little pilsner, good malt backbone with enough of a hop kick to leave a light lingering grassy bitterness.

Mouthfeel is nice smooth and light but with decent enough malt backbone. Carbonation is little too mellow for a pils maybe but I like less on the carbonation spectrum personally.

Overall not a bad little pilsner, favorable enough to be enjoyable on a hot summer day.

A: Pours a clear medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + bright yellow + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy off-white head that reduces to a handful of small patch of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + lightly toasted malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness underneath light to moderate aromas of spicy + grassy hops. Light aromas of lager yeast.

T: Upfront there are slightly stronger than moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + lightly toasted malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. That is followed by a light flavor of lager yeast. Finally there are light to moderate flavors of
spicy + grassy hops that contribute a light amount of bitterness which fades away after a moderate amount of time leaving a clean finish.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable with really nice traditional pilsner flavor and aroma. Excellent.
