Spreadsheets and Deadlines is a Hazy IPA with a fairly complex grist of @riverbendmalt 2-Row and a melange of Wheat, Oat, Spelt, Flaked Wheat and Oats, and a dash of Brewer’s Crystals for extra body. Lightly hopped with Cascade in the kettle, and then just buried in the dry-hop under a mountain of Ella, Vic Secret, and Citra.
Notes of a fresh bag of Pineapple Express (this ain’t no Snickelfritz), slapping fresh Pineapple Sage between your hands, fresh-squeezed Orange juice, and that feeling when you really crush a good spreadsheet. Plus this looks like liquid Play-Doh, so we know you’re gonna love it. We already said Pineapple and Orange and dank, right? More of that.

A: Pours an extremely milky murky pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate amounts of bright orange + bright yellow + lemon yellow + peach + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a four finger tall dense creamy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a handful of medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to heavy amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Strong aromas of juicy tropical/pineapple + citrus/orange + tropical/mango + herbal + dank resinous hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + pale + oat + wheat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + pale + oat + wheat malts with a light amount of sugary sweetness. That is followed by strong flavors of juicy tropical/pineapple + citrus/orange + tropical/mango + herbal + dank resinous hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving moderate lingering pineapple + orange + dank hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of creamy soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light to moderate amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly creamy soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a really great presence of pineapple, orange, herbal, and dank resinous hops.
