One of the best Imperial stouts I have had. So flavorful and silky smooth, truly an enjoyable treat!
Bought this bottle while at the brewery during a recent visit near Christmas. Poured into a tulip glass. Very dark brown color with an excellent brown head (forms slowly) and excellent curtain lacing. Wonderful dark chocolate smell and taste. Very complex taste with bitter sweet chocolate, coconut, warm spices, and a spice kick at the end. This is one of the silkiest beers I have had. The overall effect of this beer is memorable and the mark of an excellent beer.
