OH, SNAP! A FRIGGIN DELUXE PLEASANT MURMURS?!
“Royal Murmurs” is a ramped up version of our OG Fruited Marshmallow Sour, “Pleasant Murmurs.” It was soured overnight in our kettle, fermented clean with our IPA yeast, then conditioned atop a truly hellacious amount of Pineapple and Marshmallow, but with a big ol’ helping of Passionfruit and Dragonfruit. Big, huge, face-pummeling notes of grilled Pineapple, dipped in Passionfruit syrup, drizzled in Marshmallow sauce, and blended smoothie-style with some Dragonfruit ice cream. Toss up those feet, sit back, and transport yourself to a flavor oasis. Another banger, if we do say so.

Ordered from Tavour in a 16 ounce can, chilled and poured into an imperial pint glass.
Look: orange pink, cloudy (some particles in the pour).. Small quarter sized light cream colored head of large bubbles that dissipated quickly into nothing, leaving no head, no foam and no lacing down the glass as we drank.
Smell: big marshmallow and fruit up front, then pineapple and passion fruit. Smell is heavenly.
Taste: sour, passion fruit is huge, followed by light grilled pineapple, then trailing big marshmallow. No booze and no hop notes. The sour is the biggest part of the flavor, then the passion fruit and pineapple. The marshmallow lingers.
Feel: sour, big carbonation, medium mouthfeel that is sour on the front and back end, acidic, big tickle of carbonation.
Overall, this is a fun, playful fruited sour. The sour is sour with some sour, but note over the top. The marshmallow in the nose is amazing. The fruit is passion fruit and dragon fruit up front, followed by pineapple and marshmallow. Super tasty and refreshing.
