“Tears of a Scumbag” is our latest Fruited Gose offering with Sea Salt, Coriander, Passionfruit, Papaya, and Tamarind. No need for sour-puss attitudes, just drink these tasty tears and be transported to a tropical oasis!
Eye drenching and thirst quenching notes of ultra-ripe Passionfruit. Followed up with waves of Tamarindo Jarisco soda bottles in the sun, just a kiss of ripe and musky Papaya, and our easy-going salty-citrus balance at the end from the Sea Salt and Coriander.

Pours a deep golden with an orange hue, minimal head. Very nice passionfruit aroma. Flavor is light - I get the passionfruit and the papaya. Not sure about the tamarind. Flavors probably fades, as this beer is 5 months old... Has a pleasant funky flavor, very nice acidity. Overall a tasty beer, would like to try again fresh.
