2021 Sucks. Big Moods do not, but sadly, all things must come to an end. We wanted to revisit our favorite hops from the “rotating hop” IPA series this year (My Name is…) with a big ol’ bang, so we ramped it up to 11 in all the ways and slapped these hops on our BIGGEST MOOD base from last year!
“Biggest 2021 Mood'' utilizes a blend of Hops and Malt molded to harmoniously balance this 8.5% ABV DIPA.

We poured over the notes from all the iterations of “My Name is...'' and chose where we liked each hop best, so as to maximize the impact of this series. We also used our DIPA treatments to maximize the body and smooth out the mouthfeel, and then spunded this for 100% natural carbonation, and we’re super pleased with the results.

Mashed with a medley of Riverbend Malt Pilsner, as well as Wheat and Oats, heavily dosed with Amarillo and Mosaic in the Whirlpool, dry hopped once with Motueka, and then dry hopped AGAIN with loads of Galaxy, Nelson, and a kiss of Citra Cryo.

Just a straight up fruit smoothie. Big notes of Pineapple, Papaya, Guava, Orangina, a kiss of Lime, and a VERY big, fun, smooth, finish with hints of vague marijuana references.

Suck it, 2021. Good riddance.
