“Life is a Party” is a new Pomegranate Mixed Berry Daiquiri Gose meant to transport you right into Summertime poolside vibes. Mashed with a base of Riverbend Malt 2-Row, along with Proximity Malt Wheat, and Flaked Oats. Soured overnight in our kettle, then boiled and hit in the Whirlpool with a bevy of Coriander and a blend of Sea Salts. Fermented on the cooler side with our House IPA yeast, and absolutely pummeled with Lime, Pomegranate, Strawberry, Blackberry, and Blueberry. Very similar to “Death is a Party”, our Peach Daiquiri Gose, with some tweaks that definitely boosted this one up a few notches.
Notes of sitting poolside while sipping on a Pomegranate Mixed Berry Daiquiri with extra salt on the rim. Just like that, but also fresh Wild Berry Pop Tarts, a splash of Lime Gatorade, and those Acai Bowls these damn hipsters love so much. Nice and fruity while still maintaining a high acidity, all balanced by a touch of salinity on the back end.

It looks like glass of grapefruit juice, full on, with no head.
A tingly tartness largely delivers the promised mixed berries--practically straight up Welch's fruit snacks--but with a touch of salinity.
The medium body's firm fizz comes to a slightly chewy finish.
