Fogged up cloudy looking off-wheat color. Modest white cap, splash lacing.

Great aroma. It seems like a mix of Mosaic, NZ grape juice/wine, and citrus hops. Dry and dank, too.

Berry blend, grape and citrus fruit flavors. Oats and wheat driven body.

Super fresh aroma and feel. Medium body. Some hop bitterness and juice jolt. Not sweet.

The hop combo makes it a good brew.

 

Teaming up with Hopfly Brewing, Dssolvr devises a play to take on the mighty hazy IPA with a double dose of Mosaic, HB1019, Egger's Riwaka and Strata CGX hopping regimen.

Fully haze and golden-taupe, The Mighty Musca patiently releases a creamy eggshell meringue along with a fully aromatic bouquet of tropical fruit, citrus, berry and herb. As the first sip delivers a creamy blend of light honey, shortcake and cereal, the early palate is soft and malty.

As the sweetness and bready malts flow thorghout the middle palate, the hops come in its wake. Bold impressions of white grapefruit, lime, lemon, gooseberry, passionfruit and papaya add both a citrus and tropical cocktail vibe before a spicier taste of verbena, green tea, hemp, cedar and geranium add a pepepry hop bite for crispness and refreshment.

Medium-full in body, the upfront plushness of the ale dries out to a nearly even-keel balance as the hops add a bitter finish with a medium length extension of fruit peel and peppery resins.

Super hazy with a tiny white head. Nose is fresh and citrusy. Taste is citrus and has a bite on the throat like a fresh grapefruit. Nice bite on backened. Good beer
