Golden in color, with a nice thick white head. Head leaves good lacing. Nose is citrus and slightly melony. Taste is is pine and peppery with a sweetness. However bitterness crosses the palate and then poof it is gone. Nice dry finish.

Teaming up with Tampa Bay Brewing Co., Dssolvr looks to the sunnier side of the haze for a beer that shares more west coast properties than is usual for the style.
Pale, hazy and held in a burnt lemon hue, Gator Steez rises with a creamy white froth before teasing the nose with citrus, tropical, herbal and grassy aromas. As a light and cracker-ike sweetness washes the early palate, suggestions of cereal honeysuckle and dough start to seep in.
As the grain sweetness tightens on the middle palate, the hops steamroll into a bright and nearly tangy flavor of under ripened orange, white grapefruit and lime. Passionfruit rinds, young mangoes and dried pineapple help round out the flavors with a tropical medley, the taste soon turns leafy, herbal and grassy with pine, stem and chive in an elevated bitterness late on the palate.
Medium bodied and trending malty-dry with more of an emphasis on bitterness, the ale straddles the fence of haze and bitterness. A mild hop derived astringency plagues the finish and keeps the session from becoming as clean, refreshing or crisp as it needs to be.
