This is a case of "just because we can, doesn't 'mean we should."
Why? Why would someone make a beer this flavor? It just didn't work.
It was just rather foul tasting. I took a half dozen sips and poured the rest out.

Yup, cheesecake.
But not looking like cheesecake upon its pour, Dssolvr's Crab Rangoon pours a cloudy golden straw appearance with a fizzy character that teases the nose with tropical, citrus and creamy scents. Similarly in taste, the candied sweetness seem icing-like with sorbet and a savory cheesecake undertow. As the citrus fruits of orange shine, a quick followup of more tropical pineapple and passionfruit soon gain control. Finishing pleasantly tart, the late taste is sugary, lactic and seltzer-like.
Medium bodied and trending slightly drier, this rather unusual drink is unbeer-like but is a gluten-free option for those who are challenged by grain but are perfectly fine drinking crab rangoons.
