DDH BERRY DIPA collab with Petty Thieves.
Mashed with a base of 100% @Riverbendmalt, comprised of Chesapeake Pilsner, Oats, Wheat, and Chit Malt to give an amped up and luscious body, hopped on the hot side with Belma and hot-dipped in the Fermenter with Mosaic Dynaboost, and then fermented with our House Hazy IPA yeast. Dry-hopped once with a heavy dose of Strata and a whole mess of Strawberry, spunded for natural carbonation, and then double-dry-hopped with Anchovy, Mosaic Cryo, Galaxy Terpenes, and Strawberry Terpenes.
Notes of a fruit cup of overripe Strawberries and Blueberries, a fresh lil’ Strawberry Shortcake treat with a dollop of Whipped Cream, a bit of underlying dankness that immediately morphs into SUPER bright fruit leather, little Watermelon Jolly Rancher hard candies, and some pretty cool Flintstones Orange Push Pop vibes.

Puling out all the hoppy stops, Dssolvr teams up with Petty Thieves for a double IPA that seeks out the best of the haze.
Pale and cloudy gold, Spy Seeker foams to the brim to tease the nose with a host of tropical, berry, citrus and herbal aromatics. As its creamy white froth settles, the first sip leans in with the creaminess of cereal, coconut, cream and shortcake. It doesn't take long for the hops to dominate the middle palate with the juiciness of orange, pineapple, guava, passionfruit, white grapefruit and kiwi all with a wrap of dark berry and honeydew. Trending bitter, the resins balance with impressions of spruce, fresh grassiness and peppery hemp.
Medium bodied and plump with malt, the bittersweet ale finishes malty-dry and with an extension of gin-like botanicals.
