Mashed with a loving blend of @riverbendmalt Malts (and some Flaked Rice, obviously), hopped ever-so-gently with Perle for an assertive hop backbone, and fermented with our House Lager Yeast. Of course, it was spunded for natural carbonation before being laid down to rest for a couple-two-t’ree moons, and then conditioned on…you guessed it…GUAVA!

And with that, we are elated to say this is our best (and first?!) fruited Lager. Wait, does a Lime Lager count? For the purposes of this, let’s say no... Cold, crisp, smooth as hell with hints of Guava and Rice popping through on the nose, a balanced bitterness and Hop presence, and all washed down with a beautiful lingering Guava fruitiness accentuated by the drying character of the Rice. Christian knocked it outta the park with this Summer crusher, so come check it out for yourself!
