In collaboration with the homies @replaybrewing, we are STOKED to present “Pulp The Inferno”, a reworking of our last Gluten Free Sour collab, this time w/ PINEAPPLE, Lime, Chamoy, and Tajin!
So yeah, this is exactly what it is described to be: A liquid version of Pineapples soaked in Chamoy, drizzled in Lime Juice, and dusted with Tajin. And no, it isn’t spicy!

The influence of beer makers seem to show no bounds. Rounding out their smoothie sour with the flavors of chamoy and tajin smothered pineapple takes the tastebuds south of the boarder at least for a session.
Golden peach and hazy, Pulp the Inferno pops with a spritzy bubble before teasing the nose with a fruity and spicy perfume. Tropical in nature but also vinous, citrusy and melon-like the scent is slightly musty and sharp. Sweet with juice box fruitiness, the early impression are simple with syrup and sugar. Pineapple leads the way across the middle palate while a pop of lime follows closely behind. Supportive lemon, green apple, gooseberry and papaya nuances extend into a pleasantly tart finish with subtle spice.
Juicy and seemingly draped in a veil of honeydew, the session is a pleasant tasting fruit bomb. It's gluten free base flavor makes the palate wonder how it would taste if it were actually sour beer.
