Cosmic Cradle is a Fresh Hop WCIPA conjured up as a tribute to the fresh-hop Centennial-focused IPA made by a famous brewery out of Chico and Asheville that gets a lot of CELEBRATING. Okay, you get the reference?

Similar to biting into a torpedo of Citrus, a sticky amount of coniferous flora steeped in a pool of zest, Clementine wedges dipped in a light Caramel, the dankness of a freshly-mown field, and that first righteous pint of Celebration you had from way back when. Toeing the line between old-school & new-school WCIPA, we think we did the GOAT justice. We hope you can celebrate this one too!

It's clear, it's SLIGHTLY Malt-forward, it's very citrusy, it's a beautiful Orange hue, it's bitter, it's dry, & it's resinous. Hell yeah.

Harking back to a simpler time, a drier time, a more bitter time, Dssolvr brewers step aways from their hazy ways and steer toward an IPA that prized hop bitterness above all else.

Pouring a pale and moderate hazy golden copper Cosmic Cradle rises with a frothy eggshell cap and a perfumy scent of citrus, spruce, stone fruit and dried herb. As a moderate sweetness brings suggestions of caramel, honey and light nuttiness to the early palate, a quickly developing bitterness adds fruity flavors of orange peel, pink grapefruit and juicy apricot. Finishing bitter and drier, pine resins come with fresh-cut grass, dry hemp and potpourri.

Medium bodied and still lacking the crisp, dry and refreshing punch that true West Coast IPAs have, Dssolvr can't help their balanced and fruitier selves.
